• Payment-related information made available through PayPal, including transaction identifiers, payment status, and payer details shared by PayPal. We do not receive full card numbers.
• Technical information such as browser type, device information, cookies, local preferences, logs, and usage events required to keep the service secure and functioning.

2. How We Use Information

• To create, store, display, and manage memorial pages, profile information, memories, and related media.
• To process voluntary support payments, maintain the site, and respond to payment-related questions or disputes.

3. Public Memorials

• Cloudflare may be used for hosting, security, CDN delivery, server-side functions, and database-related processing.
• ImageKit may be used to process, store, and deliver uploaded images and media.
• PayPal is used to process voluntary support payments.
• We may share technical or transaction data with service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and support the service.

5. Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account access, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

• When you delete a memorial, its memorial content will be removed from the active service, subject to limited backup, logging, and fraud-prevention retention where reasonably necessary.
• Account information may remain for a limited period after deletion where required for legal, security, or payment record purposes.
• Certain browser-side preferences, cache files, or local interface settings may remain on your device until you clear them.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• You can edit memorial content, visibility, profile details, and many account-facing settings within the service.
• You can request deletion of a memorial from its editing flow, and you may contact us regarding account, privacy, or data questions.
• You may clear browser cookies, local storage, or cached assets through your browser settings at any time.
